Homopolymer Acrylic Filter medias (DT)

 Application:

Homopolymer Acrylic Filter medias are widely applied in dust filtration of the non-ferrous metal process, smelting process, carbon black, cement production process, lime and fertilizer production process, coal dry process, and in the wet dedusting field.

 

Performance of Homopolymer Acrylic Filter medias:

Continuous operating temperature is below 125°C, instant temperature is not more than 140°C

Resistant to organic solvents, oxidants, inorganic and organic acids

Hydrolysis resistance is strong  

Better replacement of Polyester Filter medias in acidic corrosion and high moisture working conditions

Good alkali resistance in temperature <150° C
